Pat has acted for domestic and international insurers for almost two decades across the full spectrum of insurance litigation. His practice covers policy coverage, public and product liability, property and business interruption, professional indemnity, workers’ compensation, construction, CTP, and subrogated recovery claims.

Pat’s particular strength lies in his command of the legislative frameworks that govern Queensland insurance disputes — the Civil Liability Act 2003 (Qld), the Workers’ Compensation & Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld), and their interaction with the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth).
